The Project Manager Role

As a Project Manager at Blue Yonder, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-functional projects. This full-time position requires a professional who can effectively manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks, stakeholders, and project teams, while ensuring high-quality and on-time delivery. The Project Manager serves as the primary point of accountability for overall project performance, continuous improvement initiatives, and client and stakeholder satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of multiple concurrent projects or a large-scale program.
• Define and manage project scope, schedule, budget, resources, and deliverables.
• Develop detailed project plans, including work breakdown structures, milestones, and dependencies, and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including internal and external vendors or partners, to execute project activities effectively.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues, escalating as required and driving remediation efforts.
• Manage stakeholder relationships by setting clear expectations, providing regular status updates, and facilitating timely decision-making.
• Ensure quality management and compliance with organizational processes and standards.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and apply lessons learned across projects to enhance future outcomes.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to project managers or project coordinators within the team.
• Lead change management and adoption efforts for projects that impact operations or customers.
• Maintain financial controls, including tracking budgets, forecasts, and variance reporting.

Required Experience

Candidates for this Project Manager position are expected to possess 7+ years of relevant experience in leading and delivering complex projects. This experience should demonstrate a proven ability to manage all facets of project delivery, from initiation to closure, within a dynamic and cross-functional environment.
