Dar AlBalad is seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager to join its professional team in Riyadh. This full-time role is critical for managing projects specifically for a client within the Banking Domain, ensuring successful project delivery and client satisfaction.

The Project Manager Role

The Project Manager will be responsible for the end-to-end management of projects, from initial planning stages through to execution and final delivery. This involves coordinating resources, managing timelines, and ensuring that all project objectives are met in a structured and efficient manner, particularly within the specific requirements and regulatory landscape of the banking sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Leading comprehensive Project Planning activities, including scope definition, resource allocation, and timeline development.
• Managing Execution & Delivery, overseeing project progress, mitigating risks, and ensuring timely completion of deliverables.
• Establishing and maintaining robust Governance & Reporting frameworks to ensure transparency and accountability across all project phases.
• Effectively handling Stakeholders Management, fostering clear communication, managing expectations, and building strong relationships with all involved parties.
• Ensuring strict adherence to Quality & Compliance standards, particularly those relevant to the banking industry, throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Experience and Qualifications

Candidates for this Project Manager role must possess 5 to 10 years of professional experience in project management. Preference will be given to individuals with a proven track record of successfully managing projects within the banking or financial services sector, demonstrating strong leadership and organizational capabilities.
