Alashoury industry is seeking a dedicated and experienced QC Supervisor – Steel Structures & Mechanical to join their team. This full-time position is based in Riyadh and plays a critical role in upholding the company's commitment to quality in its diverse projects. The successful candidate will contribute to ensuring the highest standards in steel structure and mechanical fabrication within a professional industrial environment.

Role Summary

The QC Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing all quality assurance and quality control operations specifically for steel structure and mechanical projects. This involves ensuring comprehensive compliance with both international standards and specific client specifications throughout various critical processes, including welding, coating, painting, and galvanizing. The role demands a proactive approach to quality management and a keen eye for detail to maintain operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and conduct thorough QA/QC inspections for all stages of structural steel fabrication and assembly processes.
• Inspect welding activities diligently to ensure full compliance with established quality standards and project specifications.
• Monitor surface preparation, painting/coating applications, and galvanizing processes to maintain quality and adherence to specifications.
• Review non-conformance reports (NCRs) comprehensively and implement effective corrective actions to resolve quality issues.

Qualifications and Experience

• A Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related technical field is required.
• A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience as a QC Supervisor within the steel structure fabrication industry is essential.
• Certifications such as CWI/CSWIP for Welding and NACE/BGAS for Coating are highly preferred and will be a significant advantage.
