About the Role

CG Resourcing Ltd is seeking a dedicated Quality Engineer (Facades and Architectural Finishing) to join a leading construction company in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is critical for a major stadium construction project, focusing on maintaining high-quality standards for all facade and architectural finishing works.

Role Context

The Quality Engineer will play a central role in overseeing and ensuring the quality of facade and architectural finishing activities on site. This involves diligent monitoring, effective communication, and proactive problem resolution to meet project specifications and client expectations within the construction framework.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor site activities specifically related to Facade and Architectural Finishings.
• Oversee daily civil activities within the designated area, responding to Sub-contractor Work Inspection Request (WIR) and Material Inspection Request (MIR) notifications.
• Maintain clear and continuous communication channels between subcontractors and the project consultant.
• Address and resolve problems and non-conformities identified by the Consultant and Client in collaboration with subcontractors.
• Review and close WIRs/MIRs within the Electronic Document Management System (EDMS) on a daily basis.
• Monitor clearances and coordination between various architectural subcontractors.
• Track and integrate the latest changes in planning and design with MC Construction during collaborative meetings.

Qualifications and Experience

• Hold a degree in Architecture.
• Possess 2-5 years of experience working as a Quality Engineer.
• Demonstrated expertise in quality assurance specifically related to facades and finishing works within construction projects.

Work Environment

This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and involves working on a significant stadium construction project. The role requires active site presence and collaboration with various project stakeholders to ensure quality standards are met.
