The Role of Quality Engineer

The Quality Engineer will be responsible for ensuring that all ready-mix concrete (RMC) products and processes adhere to established quality standards and specifications. This full-time position involves overseeing quality control procedures, conducting rigorous testing, and implementing corrective actions to maintain the highest levels of product integrity and customer satisfaction within our operations in Riyadh.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor quality control plans for ready-mix concrete production.
• Conduct regular inspections and tests on raw materials, in-process concrete, and finished products.
• Ensure strict compliance with national and international quality standards and project specifications.
• Identify non-conformities and quality issues, investigating root causes and recommending corrective actions.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of all quality control activities, test results, and reports.
• Collaborate with production and operations teams to optimize processes for quality improvement.

Qualifications and Experience

• A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Materials Science, or a closely related technical field.
• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of progressive experience as a Quality Engineer.
• Demonstrated experience specifically within the Ready Mix Concrete (RMC) industry is essential.
• Strong understanding of concrete technology, mix designs, testing procedures, and relevant industry standards.
