Role Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for comprehensive commercial management throughout both the pre-contract and post-contract phases of a significant construction project. This involves ensuring robust financial oversight and contractual adherence across all project stages.

Core Responsibilities

• Managing tendering processes, procurement activities, and contract administration.
• Overseeing commercial reporting, cost control, and financial forecasting.
• Handling variations, claims, and final accounts with strong knowledge and expertise.
• Applying a strong understanding of construction contracts and commercial risk management principles.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

• Degree qualification in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or a related discipline.
• Strong experience across both pre-contract and post-contract commercial management.
• Demonstrated experience with major building or infrastructure projects.
• Previous experience with a leading main contractor is preferred.
• Experience working in Saudi Arabia or the wider Middle East region is beneficial.
