Real Estate Leasing Specialist

About the Role

Al Jeri Investment is seeking a Real Estate Leasing Specialist to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position focuses on managing property leasing activities, cultivating tenant relationships, and achieving occupancy and revenue targets for available properties.

Key Responsibilities

• Market and lease available properties and units to potential tenants.
• Attract new tenants and manage follow-ups with prospective clients throughout the leasing process.
• Negotiate rental rates, lease terms, and conditions.
• Prepare, review, and follow up on lease agreements and renewals.
• Monitor vacant units and contribute to improving occupancy rates.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants and clients.
• Prepare periodic reports on leasing activities, occupancy rates, and available opportunities.
• Monitor real estate market trends, rental rates, and competitor activities.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to complete leasing procedures efficiently.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Previous experience in real estate leasing or property management.
• Strong negotiation, sales, and communication skills.
• Good knowledge of the real estate market.
• Target-oriented with the ability to work effectively within a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and reporting tools.
