Real Estate Performance Analyst

About the Role

Ninja (quick-commerce) is seeking a Real Estate Performance Analyst to join its Real Estate Management team in Riyadh, Riyadh Province. This full-time role is designed for a detail-oriented and analytical professional with 2-5 years of experience, responsible for monitoring the performance of real estate units and supporting data-driven decision-making.

Role Overview

The Real Estate Performance Analyst will focus on analyzing results against targets, preparing comprehensive reports and dashboards, and identifying performance gaps. The role involves tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and recommending improvements to enhance overall efficiency within the real estate operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and consolidate periodic performance reports for the Real Estate Management department.
• Develop and maintain performance dashboards to monitor key KPIs across sourcing, negotiation, contracts, collections, and licensing.
• Analyze performance data and compare actual results against approved targets and timelines.
• Identify performance trends, delays, and areas for improvement.
• Review site visit reports and licensing files to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Follow up with relevant teams to collect and validate performance data.
• Highlight performance gaps and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Support management in preparing reports and presentations.
• Maintain the confidentiality and accuracy of commercial and operational data.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business Administration, Statistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in performance analysis, business analysis, or management reporting.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience in developing KPI dashboards; Power BI or similar tools is an advantage.
• Experience in real estate, retail expansion, or operations is an advantage.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English.
