Role Overview

The Receptionist is responsible for managing comprehensive front desk operations, ensuring a welcoming and efficient environment. This role involves handling administrative tasks, facilitating patient flow, and maintaining accurate records while upholding strict confidentiality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Professionally welcome patients and visitors upon arrival.
• Schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments accurately and efficiently.
• Answer incoming phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
• Maintain precise patient records within the clinic management system.
• Collect payments for services and issue receipts as required.
• Coordinate effectively with medical staff to ensure seamless patient flow.
• Ensure the reception area remains clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
• Handle patient concerns professionally and escalate issues to management when necessary.
• Maintain the confidentiality of all patient information in accordance with established policies.
