The Opportunity

Recovery Advisers is seeking a Recovery Manager to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves managing a portfolio of cases within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, focusing on recovery strategies and dispute resolution.

Key Responsibilities

• Investigate international export transactions to identify the underlying reasons for default.
• Develop and implement appropriate recovery strategies for various cases.
• Negotiate amicable settlements with relevant parties to resolve disputes.
• Assess claims for potential judicial action when amicable settlements are not achievable.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in recovery management, commercial dispute resolution, or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to manage a portfolio of cases effectively.
• Strong negotiation skills and experience in devising strategic solutions.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will work as part of an international team, contributing to the firm's operations within the region.
