Tamkeen Human Resource (THR) is seeking a Recruitment Specialist to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Role Overview

The individual in this role will play a key part in building talent pipelines and facilitating candidate progression.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the recruitment process by actively sourcing and screening resumes from various platforms.
• Conduct initial phone screenings to effectively assess candidates' skills, experience, and overall suitability for open positions.
• Review submitted resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates based on established job requirements.
• Coordinate closely with hiring managers to identify and present suitable candidates for further consideration.
• Prepare concise summaries of candidate qualifications for presentation to hiring managers, highlighting key attributes.
