About the Role

Kaiyiee Global Talent is seeking a Regional GTM & Marketing Manager Middle East for a leading provider of enterprise-grade AI and big data infrastructure software. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role involves translating complex AI and big data platform products into locally relevant value propositions, building go-to-market strategies, driving channel marketing, and enabling sales teams for success in the Middle East market.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Middle East Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy for AI infrastructure and big data platform products, aligning with the global product roadmap.
• Define market entry priorities, target verticals (finance, government, energy, telecom), and customer segmentation for the region.
• Own the 4P strategy (Product, Price, Place, Promotion) for the Middle East market.
• Design and execute marketing programs that enable local channel partners, system integrators, and distributors to sell solutions effectively.
• Develop partner enablement materials, co-marketing campaigns, and joint GTM initiatives with regional partners.
• Localize product messaging, value propositions, and marketing collateral for the Middle East audience, adapting for cultural relevance and market-specific pain points.
• Create case studies, whitepapers, solution briefs, and presentations that resonate with regional enterprise buyers (CIOs, CTOs, CDOs).
• Equip the regional sales team with the tools, content, and training needed to win deals, including competitive positioning and battle cards.
• Conduct market research to understand the competitive landscape, regulatory environment, and customer needs in the Middle East.
• Provide regular market intelligence and actionable insights to product and leadership teams.
• Build brand presence in the Middle East through targeted events, webinars, industry conferences, and thought leadership.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B technology marketing or GTM experience, preferably in enterprise software, cloud, AI, big data, or infrastructure technology.
• Proven experience in the Middle East market, with deep understanding of the business culture, customer buying behavior, and go-to-market dynamics in the region (Saudi Arabia and UAE preferred).
• Fluency in English and Arabic (both written and spoken).
• Strong understanding of B2B channel / partner-led go-to-market models, with experience working with system integrators, distributors, or technology partners in the region.
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical products into compelling value propositions for enterprise buyers.
• Hands-on, builder mentality, comfortable with execution.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills, capable of working effectively with product, sales, and leadership teams across time zones.

Work Environment

This role offers significant autonomy to define the playbook and build the local marketing engine, directly influencing revenue growth. The manager will collaborate closely with headquarters in Shanghai, regional leadership in Singapore, and local partners in the Middle East.
