The Role of Reporting Specialist

Mace is seeking a Reporting Specialist to join its team in Riyadh, Riyadh. This part-time role requires over 10 years of experience and involves leading projects with a focus on achieving KPIs, managing risk and change, and fostering collaboration among teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Champion safety, wellbeing, inclusivity, and responsible delivery across all projects.
• Deliver projects through clear planning, quality systems, and strong stakeholder collaboration.
• Supervise change and commercial performance with integrity.
• Lead teams to achieve KPIs, share best practices, and unlock potential across Mace.
• Lead 4D standards, governance, and ISO 19650-aligned assurance across project delivery.
• Integrate BIM and schedules to optimize sequencing, logistics, phasing, and recovery planning.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary data, workshops, and visual reporting to support informed decisions.
• Develop teams, strengthen capability, and drive continuous improvement through digital innovation.
