Role Overview

This Reporting Specialist role is based in Riyadh and operates on a part-time basis. The specialist will lead projects with purpose, ensuring delivery to agreed outcomes across time, cost, and quality. The role involves bringing teams and stakeholders together to unlock project potential, achieve key performance indicators (KPIs), manage risk and change, and maintain strong commercial performance, while creating a positive impact for clients, people, and the wider business.

Key Responsibilities

• Champion safety, wellbeing, inclusivity, and responsible delivery across all projects.
• Deliver projects through clear planning, quality systems, and strong stakeholder collaboration.
• Supervise change and commercial performance with integrity.
• Lead teams to achieve KPIs, share best practices, and unlock potential across Mace.
• Lead 4D standards, governance, and ISO 19650-aligned assurance across project delivery.
• Integrate Building Information Modeling (BIM) and schedules to optimize sequencing, logistics, phasing, and recovery planning.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary data, workshops, and visual reporting to support informed decisions.
• Develop teams, strengthen capability, and drive continuous improvement through digital innovation.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A relevant degree, with professional BIM or project controls qualifications preferred.
• Extensive leadership experience in 4D planning across complex, large-scale developments.
• Advanced capability across BIM, scheduling, simulation, project controls, and ISO 19650 information management.
• Proficiency in leading BIM, planning, Common Data Environment (CDE), and data visualization platforms.
