Role Overview

********* is seeking a Retail Operations Manager SA for a full-time position in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role involves leading multi-store retail operations across KSA, focusing on sales, profitability, customer experience, and operational excellence. The manager will also ensure team productivity and compliance with KSA regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage sales, revenue, profitability, and key retail KPIs across all stores.
• Lead and develop Area/Store Managers and frontline teams.
• Ensure consistent store operations, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Visual Merchandising (VM), and customer service standards.
• Drive optical excellence, including eye-testing quality and overall customer experience.
• Manage manpower, rosters, productivity, attrition, and performance of retail staff.
• Control inventory, shrinkage, stock availability, and operational costs.
• Monitor customer KPIs, address complaints, and ensure service quality.
• Support new store openings, expansion initiatives, and location development.
• Ensure compliance with KSA regulatory requirements, Saudization policies, and licensing.
• Utilize retail data and analytics to identify operational gaps and implement corrective actions.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience and possess a strong background in multi-store/multi-city retail operations within KSA. This role requires a proven track record in driving sales and leading teams effectively.
