About the Role

Chalhoub Group is seeking a Retail Supervisor for their beauty division in Riyadh. This full-time position requires 5-10 years of experience. The Retail Supervisor will play a key role in ensuring the commercial success of retail locations and delivering an exceptional guest experience.

Role Overview

The Retail Supervisor acts as a crucial link between back-office operations and the store network. This role involves regular auditing and control of stores to implement corrective solutions and drive performance. The objective is to support Store Directors/Managers in maximizing their retail shops' commercial performance and upholding high standards of guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate and cascade brand strategy effectively within the assigned retail network.
• Collaborate with Marketing to ensure the full implementation of marketing and customer experience strategies and programs.
• Implement brand guidelines, adapting them to specific market requirements.
• Monitor sales figures per product line and current stock levels (Sell-Out).
• Manage potential stock shortages, review orders, and update the merchandising team on stock status.
• Record, monitor, and analyze market trends and competitor activities.
• Prepare commercial reports, both quantitative and qualitative, using market study data and internal systems.
• Define sales targets for individual sales team members.
• Track brand performance and provide actionable recommendations.
• Manage organizational resources within established budget guidelines.
• Provide timely and accurate financial information to management regarding the brand's financial position.
• Develop and motivate team members to facilitate knowledge transfer and maintain a positive work environment.
• Monitor team performance and provide formal and informal feedback and appraisals to enhance efficiency.

Qualifications and Experience
