About the Role

SIJIL is seeking a Risk Management Officer to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is central to supporting the company's enterprise risk management framework, focusing on the identification, assessment, and continuous monitoring of organizational risks.

Role Purpose

The primary purpose of this role is to ensure the effective management of enterprise risks by maintaining accurate risk registers and facilitating clear communication on risk status. The officer will coordinate closely with various business units, contributing to a proactive and integrated approach to risk matters across the organization and reporting findings to senior management.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain the enterprise risk management framework, including policies and risk appetite statements.
• Execute risk identification, assessment, and treatment cycles across all business units.
• Ensure the continuous maintenance and updating of the company’s Risk Registers and risk profiles.
• Coordinate effectively with designated Risk Champions and other relevant departments on risk-related activities.
• Define and monitor key risk indicators (KRIs), escalating and reporting findings to management and the Risk Committee as required.

Required Experience

Candidates for the Risk Management Officer position should possess 0 to 1 year of experience in risk management or a closely related field. This role is suitable for individuals eager to develop their professional expertise within a structured and dynamic risk environment.
