The Role: Sales Administrator

The Sales Administrator will provide essential back-of-house support to ensure efficient boutique operations and an elevated client experience. This full-time role focuses on maximizing sales opportunities through strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and collaborative teamwork. This position is open to Saudi Arabian Nationals only.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee back-office operations, including data entry into designated software systems.
Manage product receiving, ensuring accuracy between physical items and invoices, and address discrepancies with Commercial Company Administration.
Supervise store stock levels, storage management, and coordinate all inventory activities (cycle counts, quarterly inventories, annual audits).
Conduct after-sales service tasks, including managing repairs, liaising with repair centers, organizing shipments, and communicating repair status to sales staff.
Handle tagging processes for all items from receipt to repricing.
Serve as the point of contact for IT/system suppliers regarding hardware/software malfunctions.
Coordinate with suppliers for store maintenance concerns and provide updates to the Store Manager.
Manage purchase orders and assist sales staff throughout the sales process, from client reception to payment finalization and packaging.
Understand VAT processes and procedures relevant to sales operations.
Assist with e-commerce tasks, including shipping coordination, product labeling, and packaging.
Oversee administrative functions for Marketing events and exhibitions, ensuring alignment with company standards.
Act as the primary point of contact between exhibition management and the Middle East and Africa India (MEAI) team.
Functionally manage the in-store admin team, coordinating workflow and supervision.
Coordinate the implementation of new admin processes and serve as a referent for inventories, adjustments, inversions, and mini stock counts.
Serve as the referent for any maintenance issues, operational matters related to the store, and store suppliers.
Manage the store schedule (supervised by management) and back-office stock management and allocation.
Supervise, organize, and manage the flow of after-sales products in-store.

Qualifications and Experience

3–5 years of experience in a comparable position within luxury product sales.
Demonstrated ability to embody the brand's reputation for quality, both internally and externally with clientele.
Strong attention to detail and efficiency in back-of-house operations.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
