About the Role

Zhejiang Dingli Machinery (KSA) is seeking a Sales Assistant to join our team in Riyadh, Ar Riyāḍ. This full-time position is integral to supporting the sales department in its daily operations and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Role Purpose

The Sales Assistant contributes to the efficiency of sales processes and customer satisfaction. The role demands excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a proactive approach to support the sales team's objectives within the machinery sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the sales team in processing orders, managing customer accounts, and maintaining accurate sales records.
• Prepare precise quotations for customers and follow up on payments to ensure timely collections.
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries regarding products, pricing, and order status.
• Coordinate with internal departments such as logistics, production, and finance to ensure timely delivery and accurate invoicing.
• Prepare sales reports and monitor sales activities to support sales performance analysis.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and industry trends to assist customers effectively.
• Support day-to-day administrative duties, including document handling, correspondence, and office supply management.

Qualifications and Experience

• Proven experience as a Sales Assistant or in a similar role, preferably within the machinery or manufacturing industry.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and experience with CRM/ERP software.

Required Skills and Attributes

• Strong communication skills in both English and Arabic.
