The Role: Sales Associate Home

Majid Al Futtaim is seeking a Sales Associate Home to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position designed for individuals with 0-1 years of experience who are committed to delivering high standards of customer service and achieving sales objectives within the home retail sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Uphold customer service standards in alignment with Majid Al Futtaim guidelines, understanding customer needs to facilitate an exceptional shopping experience.
• Address customer concerns promptly and professionally, escalating issues to the Store Manager when necessary.
• Achieve and aim to exceed established sales targets through effective selling techniques.
• Contribute to increased sales by leveraging comprehensive product knowledge for upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Maintain store presentation standards, including cleanliness, tidiness, and merchandise replenishment.
• Comply with all store security policies and regulations to minimize stock loss.
• Utilize advanced selling skills to meet customer needs, generate high-value transactions, and foster repeat business.
• Assist customers in locating or obtaining merchandise, including recommending items from other Majid Al Futtaim Fashion Brands and Stores if not available in-store.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

• 0-1 years of experience in a retail or customer service environment.
• Demonstrated commitment to delivering high standards of customer service.
• Ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Strong product knowledge or the capacity to quickly acquire it.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail in maintaining store standards and complying with operational policies.
