Richemont is seeking a Sales Associate for its Montblanc brand in Riyadh. Founded in 1906, Montblanc is a manufacturer of exclusive products including watches, jewelry, writing instruments, and leather goods, reflecting high standards in culture, quality, design, tradition, and craftsmanship. With over 25 subsidiaries and 600 boutiques, Montblanc maintains a global presence.

Role Overview

The Sales Associate will manage a specific sales channel, such as direct, online, or retail sales. This full-time role involves developing and implementing channel sales strategies aligned with overall business objectives. The associate will identify new business opportunities, set sales targets, and monitor performance metrics to ensure sales goals are met or exceeded. Additionally, the role includes managing relationships with channel partners, negotiating contracts, and providing necessary training and support.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement relationship management plans for complex potential customer accounts, identifying and building relationships with decision-makers and influencers.
• Set clear objectives for each sales call, deliver tailored presentations, gather and analyze information, and secure agreement on customer requirements.
• Cultivate a personal network within the business sector and represent the organization at industry events to obtain market intelligence and enhance visibility.
• Configure complex product-and-services solutions and contractual terms that meet customer needs, incorporating input from internal specialists.
• Present solutions to customer representatives and negotiate agreements within predefined commercial parameters, or review and authorize sales proposals from team members.
• Manage and deliver pricing and terms projects, negotiating with external strategic partners.
• Control specific segments of the organization's business performance metrics, ensuring strategic alignment with financial goals.
• Manage a portfolio of contracts and negotiate service-level agreements, planning, coordinating, and supervising related activities.
• Oversee the implementation and maintenance of the CRM system within the area of responsibility, identifying opportunities for system improvement.
• Implement and control compliance management for specific segments of the organization's external partners.
• Develop product education courses to meet identified needs, improving performance and meeting business requirements.
• Act as a subject matter expert in technology, policy, regulation, or operational management, maintaining external accreditations and an in-depth understanding of industry best practices.
• Ensure all activities are conducted in accordance with the company's diversity and inclusion guidelines.

Qualifications and Experience

• Master's Degree or equivalent level of education.
• Extensive experience (5-10 years) enabling the job holder to handle the majority of situations and advise others.
• Experience in general supervision of more junior colleagues.
