About the Role

SARA Group is seeking a Sales Consultant, Retail to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is designated for Saudi Nationals and requires 2-5 years of relevant experience. The role is central to delivering an exceptional customer experience and achieving ambitious sales objectives within the Building Materials Division.

Position Overview

As a key front-facing member of a vibrant showroom team, the Sales Consultant plays a vital role in connecting customers with high-quality products. This position involves representing SARA Group’s values and standards, contributing to the company's goal of fostering genuine connections, productive collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve individual sales targets while supporting the overall objectives of the Building Materials Division.
• Provide a personalized customer experience, ensuring clients feel valued and understood.
• Monitor and report daily sales activities, providing feedback to the sales manager about operations and product performance.
• Execute merchandising strategies in compliance with SARA and Principal Suppliers’ guidelines.
• Ensure accurate product pricing and barcode labeling according to company policy.
• Investigate lost sales opportunities and customer accounts to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with the Division Leader to suggest marketing promotions and strategies.
• Assess competitor activity and provide insights to enhance market positioning.
• Review new product performance and customer feedback, preparing actionable plans for improvement.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance.
• Contribute to a positive and energetic work environment by fostering team motivation.
• Comply with ERP and CRM systems to optimize sales processes and customer interactions.
• Continuously strive to expand the customer base and improve overall sales performance.
