Madi International is seeking a Sales Advisor to join its showroom team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position designed for individuals who are customer-focused and eager to contribute to a dynamic retail environment.

Role Overview

The Sales Advisor will be a key member of the showroom team, responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and providing expert advice on product offerings. The role involves maintaining high standards of customer service and contributing to sales objectives within the Riyadh showroom.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a professional and engaging manner.
• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or solutions.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of the product range to deliver expert advice.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets and KPIs.
• Ensure the showroom is well-presented, organized, and stocked at all times.
• Handle POS transactions, returns, and exchanges accurately.
• Support promotional campaigns, in-store events, and product launches.
• Maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Candidates with 0-1 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in luxury or beauty segments, are encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented with a commitment to delivering service.
• Well-presented, reliable, and a strong team player.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as required.
• Fluency in Arabic is required; basic English is an advantage.
• For non-Saudi applicants, a transferable Iqama is considered a plus.

This role is based in our showroom in Riyadh, requiring a full-time commitment. The Sales Advisor will work as part of a dedicated team focused on providing a positive customer experience.
