The Role of Accessories Sales Advisor

We are seeking an Accessories Sales Advisor to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is central to assisting in sales functions for an assigned specific portfolio, focusing on delivering sales strategies and achieving targets through direct customer engagement. The advisor will operate in adherence to company mission, vision, and values, following standard operating procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve assigned monthly sales targets through showroom and boutique sales.
• Complete assigned product knowledge and soft skills training courses.
• Maintain optimal inventory levels, not exceeding months of stock.
• Comply with Sales and Compliance Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Execute daily sales activities and an efficient sales process, coordinating business plans and adhering to standard sales procedures.
• Perform sales activities to meet specific portfolio business performance targets, collaborating with portfolio management as needed.
• Identify and meet customer needs, ensuring satisfaction through a 'Guest First' mindset and fulfilling contractual obligations.
• Participate in regular sales team meetings to discuss sales targets, customer complaints, and improvement opportunities.
• Engage with the Sales Supervisor for product knowledge updates and information sharing to enhance performance.
• Coordinate with the Accessories Department and vehicle salesmen to fulfill customer requests for additional accessories.
• Coordinate invoicing and payment processes, following standard operating procedures for accurate and timely transactions.
• Handle customer complaints requiring sales team support to maintain high satisfaction levels.
• Conduct monthly stock-taking activities according to established processes and timelines.
• Maintain optimal inventory levels, minimizing stock without compromising customer service.
• Contribute to high business profitability, control expenses, and achieve gross profit margins through efficient purchasing, inventory control, merchandising, and advertising.
• Ensure timely delivery of full accessories service and verify quality before customer receipt.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this role should possess 2-5 years of relevant experience in a sales advisory capacity. A strong understanding of sales processes, customer service principles, and inventory management is essential for success in this position.
