We are seeking a Sales Development Representative (Middle East) to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position focused on driving growth within the Middle East region.

Role Purpose and Contribution

This role is critical for supporting Creatio’s sales pipeline by identifying and nurturing leads, prospecting for new opportunities, and establishing the foundation for strong client relationships in the AI automation and CRM market. The Sales Development Representative will qualify leads, collaborate closely with the sales team, and act as a bridge between marketing initiatives and revenue generation.

Key Responsibilities

Proactively engage with prospective clients to identify and qualify sales opportunities, generating interest in Creatio’s products.
Conduct market research to understand the competitive landscape, identify target industry segments, and stay informed on CRM and AI automation trends.
Partner with sales executives to strategize on lead quality and conversion, ensuring a seamless hand-off for qualified opportunities.
Maintain accurate records of activities in the CRM, manage lead and account data, and monitor progress against sales metrics.
Develop personalized email, phone, and LinkedIn outreach campaigns to effectively engage prospects and build a strong pipeline.
Continuously refine outreach techniques and adopt best practices to enhance prospecting success.

Required Qualifications and Experience

At least 1 year of experience in an SDR, staffing, or related sales role, ideally within B2B SaaS, CRM, or automation software.
Demonstrated success in generating leads, meeting or exceeding KPIs, and contributing to revenue growth.
Proficiency in CRM software and experience with prospecting tools (*, Sales Navigator, **********
Familiarity with AI development and CRM software, including an understanding of how these technologies impact businesses.
Native or fluent Arabic speaker.
Confident English communication skills (B2+ level).
