BuenaVista Solutions is a new contractor based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, specializing in MEP installation and interior fit-out execution. The company serves main contractors, building owners, and tenants. This full-time role is for the company's first Sales Engineer, tasked with establishing the sales pipeline.

The Role of Sales Engineer – MEP & Fit-Out

The Sales Engineer will be responsible for developing and managing sales activities for MEP and fit-out projects across Riyadh. This position involves building client relationships from the ground up and driving project acquisition to support the company's growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify potential projects within Riyadh, engaging with main contractors, consultants, building owners, and tenants.
• Manage the prequalification and registration process for BuenaVista Solutions on various vendor lists.
• Review technical drawings and Bills of Quantities (BOQs), conduct site visits, and collaborate with the technical team to prepare accurate quotations.
• Follow up on tenders, negotiate terms, and close sales agreements.
• Ensure a smooth handover of won projects to the execution team and maintain ongoing client relationships.

Qualifications and Requirements

• A degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or an equivalent qualification.
• A minimum of 3 years of sales experience in MEP or fit-out work within Saudi Arabia, coupled with an active network of contractors and consultants in Riyadh.
• Demonstrated ability to price HVAC, electrical, and plumbing scopes based on BOQs.
• Possession of a valid Saudi driving license.
• A transferable Iqama, if applicable.

Compensation and Reporting

This position offers a fixed salary complemented by a commission structure based on closed projects. The Sales Engineer will report directly to the General Manager, providing an opportunity for direct influence on the company's strategic growth.
