Role Overview

Carrier is seeking a Sales Engineer - BMS to join its team in Riyadh. This is a permanent position requiring 2-5 years of relevant experience. The primary purpose of this role is to identify and develop business opportunities for Building Management Systems (BMS) solutions, promote building automation products, and manage the sales process from proposal to project closure.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop business opportunities for BMS solutions.
• Promote building automation products and systems to consultants, contractors, and end-users.
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals.
• Negotiate and close projects.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and consultants, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Scan for current business opportunities within the assigned territory.
• Provide technical support throughout the sales process.
• Achieve established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Approach customers to drive revenue through a professional sales process.
• Understand customer needs and build trust.

Required Experience

• A minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in a relevant field.
