This full-time position is focused on supporting technical sales activities and developing strong customer relationships within the region. The role involves providing engineering solutions and leveraging an engineering background to drive sales efforts.

Role Summary

The Sales Engineer will be responsible for technical sales, acting as a crucial link between customer needs and Vetic's engineering capabilities. This position requires an individual with an Electrical or Mechanical Engineering background who can effectively communicate technical information and provide tailored solutions to clients. The ideal candidate will support the sales team with their technical expertise and ensure successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify customer needs and provide suitable technical solutions.
• Prepare technical proposals, quotations, and product presentations.
• Support the sales team with engineering knowledge and technical expertise.
• Conduct customer meetings and explain product features, specifications, and benefits.
• Coordinate with engineering and project teams to ensure successful project execution.
• Follow up on customer inquiries and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Assist in preparing project documentation and technical reports.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
• A maximum of 5 years of experience in technical sales, engineering, or related fields.
• Experience in the elevator industry is highly preferred.
