The Role: Sales Executive – Market Expansion

As a Sales Executive – Market Expansion, you will contribute to Brkz's growth in Saudi Arabia. This full-time role, based in Riyadh, focuses on establishing and strengthening relationships with contractors, builders, and suppliers across the region. The compensation for this position is commission-based.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and engage contractors, builders, and suppliers directly in Riyadh.
Generate qualified leads and develop a localized sales pipeline.
Educate prospective clients on the Brkz platform and its benefits for sourcing and procurement.
Achieve monthly sales targets and close deals to drive business growth.
Expand the customer base and identify new business opportunities within the market.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding, customer success, and timely delivery.
Partner with the Success team for the handover of newly closed accounts for ongoing relationship management.
Provide market insights and customer feedback to inform the company's expansion strategy.

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, business development, or field marketing. Experience in building materials or construction is an advantage.
Demonstrated strong communication and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated, energetic, and capable of working independently in the field.
At least 1 year of practical experience with CRM tools and basic reporting.
Possession of a valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally.
