About the Role

Hilton is seeking a Sales Executive to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on securing new business opportunities to drive revenue and deliver memorable guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Generate new business leads by analyzing local market trends and competitor activity to identify revenue opportunities.
Grow customer accounts by building relationships with existing customers and traveling locally to expand market share for the hotel/cluster.
Negotiate and contract effectively to secure group and corporate bookings, including rate negotiation and contract preparation in line with pricing strategies.
Develop local marketing initiatives to support business growth through creative marketing channels tailored to the local market.
Collaborate cross-functionally with other hotel departments to develop guest experiences and comprehensive sales programs.
Provide visibility into sales efforts by maintaining detailed records of sales activity and delivering timely updates to Sales leadership.
Respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally to support conversion and customer satisfaction.

Required Experience

0-1 year of experience in a relevant field.
