About the Role

Alujain Corp. is seeking a Sales Executive to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time position is central to driving client acquisition and managing relationships within the high-end joinery and interior fit-out market. The role involves engaging with potential clients across various luxury sectors to ensure satisfaction and achieve sales targets.

Client Engagement and Relationship Management

The Sales Executive will focus on building and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying new opportunities, and ensuring ongoing satisfaction. This involves direct interaction with key stakeholders and consistent follow-up.

• Identify and approach potential clients in sectors such as luxury residential, commercial interiors, hospitality, and architectural design.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with interior designers, architects, contractors, and project developers.
• Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and foster repeat business.

Sales Strategy and Market Development

This position requires the development and execution of effective sales strategies, coupled with proactive market research and lead generation efforts to expand the client base for joinery and wooden works solutions.

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to promote joinery and wooden works solutions.
• Prepare and deliver tailored sales presentations and proposals based on client needs and project specifications.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring alignment with company goals and client expectations.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities in the high-end joinery and interior fit-out market.
• Generate leads through networking, site visits, exhibitions, and digital platforms.
• Maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients and projects.

Project Coordination and Reporting

The Sales Executive will collaborate with internal teams to ensure project execution aligns with client requirements and will be responsible for comprehensive reporting and documentation of all sales activities.

• Collaborate with design, production, and project management teams to ensure accurate execution of client requirements.
• Provide clients with detailed information on materials, finishes, timelines, and pricing.
• Monitor project progress and communicate updates to clients to ensure transparency and satisfaction.
• Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client communications, and project milestones using CRM tools.
• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
• Ensure all contracts and documentation are accurate and compliant with company policies.

Customer Service and After-Sales Support

A key aspect of this role is providing excellent customer service and comprehensive after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction extends beyond project completion.

• Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
