Role Summary

Sarmad is seeking a Sales Manager (Financial Software) to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves expanding the company's presence by building relationships with organizations across the fintech and finance sectors. The position is suited for a commercially-minded sales professional who can engage stakeholders, understand client needs, and guide discussions around software solutions in a complex market.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities with fintech and finance clients.
Build strong relationships with prospects and key decision-makers.
Lead product demonstrations, presentations, and proposal discussions with potential customers.
Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting through negotiation and close.

Required Qualifications and Experience

5-10 years of sales experience, including selling financial software or fintech solutions to business clients.
Experience using CRM tools.
Solid understanding of financial services market dynamics.
Track record of selling to financial institutions and presenting to senior decision-makers such as CTOs, COOs, CDOs, and CEOs.
Experience with consultative selling is preferred.
Negotiation experience is preferred.
