About the Role

DXC Technology is seeking a Sales Manager to drive the growth and adoption of its Enterprise Transformation Platform (ETP) solutions within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA). Based in Riyadh, this full-time role focuses on identifying new sales opportunities, cultivating client relationships, and managing the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closure, ensuring successful delivery of transformation platform solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities for ETP solutions within KSA, developing and maintaining a strong sales pipeline.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior executives and decision-makers to support their transformation initiatives.
• Effectively communicate the value of ETP offerings, covering digital transformation, cloud adoption, automation, and modernization, aligned with customer objectives.
• Manage the complete sales lifecycle, including prospecting, qualification, proposal development, negotiations, and closure.
• Partner with pre-sales, solution architects, delivery teams, and legal to craft tailored solutions, proposals, and pricing for clients.
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline updates in CRM tools, ensuring timely and reliable reporting to leadership.
• Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Stay informed on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments relevant to KSA's digital transformation landscape.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years of successful sales experience in enterprise technology solutions, digital transformation, or platform sales.
• Deep understanding of Enterprise Transformation Platforms, cloud technology, and automation.
• Proven track record managing and closing large, complex deals while exceeding sales targets.
• Strong ability to translate technical solutions into business value propositions.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, capable of engaging with C-level stakeholders.
• Industry experience in sectors such as banking, healthcare, telecom, or government is a plus.
• Required prior experience operating within the KSA market.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with platforms such as ServiceNow, Salesforce, MuleSoft, Microsoft, and Oracle.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating across teams.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking to identify and resolve client challenges.
• Experience in selling IT services, managed services, or platform-based solutions is highly desirable.

This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role requires a focus on the KSA market, engaging with diverse industry sectors and collaborating with internal teams to deliver complex enterprise solutions.
