About the Role

OMED Group is seeking a Sales Manager specializing in ICT, ELV, and Distribution. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role requires an experienced sales leader with a proven track record in the Saudi Arabian ICT and ELV markets, focusing on product distribution, channel development, and project sales.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
Drive sales of ICT and ELV solutions, including structured cabling, fiber optics, networking, CCTV, access control, and UPS systems.
Identify and secure new projects with contractors, system integrators, consultants, developers, and enterprise clients.
Expand distribution channels and build relationships with resellers, dealers, and channel partners.
Manage manufacturer and vendor relationships to develop business opportunities and competitive offers.
Lead the sales team, set clear targets, and monitor performance.
Manage tenders, quotations, pricing, negotiations, and contract closing.
Maintain accurate sales pipelines, forecasts, and reports.
Coordinate with technical, project, and finance teams to support delivery and payment collection.

Qualifications and Experience

Minimum of 10 years of relevant ICT/ELV sales experience, including experience leading a sales team.
Proven experience in ICT/ELV distribution, channel sales, and project sales.
Strong knowledge of the Saudi market and an established network of clients and channel partners.
Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets, acquiring new accounts, and winning projects.
Strong leadership, negotiation, and commercial skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
Proficiency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage.
