About the Role

This full-time Sales Representative role is based in Riyadh and focuses on selling advertising, marketing, printing, and design services. The position involves engaging with both individual and corporate clients to understand their needs and provide suitable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Identify prospective clients and initiate communication through various channels, including phone calls and direct visits.
Present company services and recommend appropriate solutions tailored to client requirements.
Prepare quotations in coordination with management, explain terms and pricing, follow up, and convert quotations into confirmed orders.
Monitor sales targets, maintain existing client accounts, and actively work to grow the client base.
Respond to client inquiries and address feedback by coordinating with relevant management teams.
Coordinate with design and production teams to confirm order details, track fulfillment progress, and keep clients informed.
Monitor collections and outstanding balances, ensuring timely payments.
Maintain accurate client information and prepare comprehensive sales, client, and opportunity reports.
Monitor competitor activities and market offerings, proposing ideas to enhance sales performance.
Participate in exhibitions as required to promote services.
Adhere to company pricing structures and policies, and safeguard confidential information.
Collaborate effectively with the sales team to achieve collective goals.

Required Skills and Abilities

Effective communication, persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships and achieve sales targets.
Knowledge of advertising services, including design, printing, and digital marketing.
Ability to understand client needs and recommend suitable service solutions.
Proficiency in preparing and evaluating quotations and commercial offers.
Capability to research prospects and identify new business opportunities.
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and email communication.
Familiarity with CRM systems and client data management is beneficial.
Ability to accurately report sales data and record order specifications, quantities, pricing, and delivery terms.
Professional approach to handling client complaints.
Strong presentation skills and attention to detail.
Flexibility and a collaborative approach to teamwork.
