Sales Specialist

About the Role

Arabius is seeking a Sales Specialist to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on engaging leads for Saudi language and culture services, participating in the entire lead lifecycle from initial outreach to deal closure. The position is hybrid, blending B2C and B2B sales, with an initial emphasis on B2C interactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with leads generated through the company’s marketing channels throughout the sales pipeline.
• Conduct free trial sessions for prospective clients, both online and in-person.
• Follow up with leads who attend free trial sessions via phone calls, WhatsApp, or email to facilitate conversion into paying customers.
• Explain pricing plans, session formats, and learning outcomes to potential clients.
• Manage and update sales pipelines for B2C and corporate clients using CRM systems.
• Coordinate with operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding for new clients as needed.
• Contribute to the overall growth and objectives of the sales team.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Located in Riyadh, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
• 1–3 years of experience in sales.
• Strong English communication and persuasion skills.
• Confident, creative, and comfortable interacting with individuals from diverse backgrounds and nationalities.
• Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, growing environments.

Compensation Structure

This position offers a base salary complemented by a commission structure. The commission is based on a percentage of revenue and the number of new clients, with the potential to increase the base salary by 50% or more.
