About the Role

Shiyarward is seeking a Sales Specialist for a full-time, on-site position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role is responsible for managing the complete sales cycle, from identifying potential customers to closing sales.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and qualify prospective customers.
Present product and service offerings to clients.
Conduct client meetings and product demonstrations.
Prepare proposals and quotations for potential clients.
Maintain accurate records within sales systems or CRM tools.
Build and foster long-term customer relationships.
Respond to customer inquiries and handle objections effectively.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and after-sales support.
Contribute to sales forecasting activities.
Participate in regular performance reviews.
Support training initiatives aimed at improving product knowledge and sales effectiveness.

Qualifications and Experience

0-1 years of relevant sales experience.
Previous sales experience in a similar industry or B2B/B2C environment is preferred.
Proficiency in basic office software and CRM systems is beneficial.

Required Skills

Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to prioritize multiple opportunities effectively.

Work Environment
