About the Role: Security Delivery Lead

Accenture Middle East is seeking a Security Delivery Lead to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time role requires 5-10 years of experience and focuses on transforming security concepts into actionable solutions. The Security Delivery Lead acts as a subject matter expert, contributing to critical decisions and managing the delivery of security governance across the organization.

Role Overview

In this position, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape security strategies and implement innovative solutions. A core aspect of the role involves ensuring that all security initiatives align with enterprise policies and regulatory standards. This role is central to safeguarding the organization and driving continuous security excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Govern the delivery of security projects, including network, Identity and Access Management (IAM), and Endpoint security.
• Ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and contractual commitments.
• Act as the primary governance link between client leadership and delivery teams.
• Lead service reviews, manage escalations, and facilitate governance forums.
• Oversee risks, issues, and performance at a service level.
• Ensure adherence to organizational policies, controls, and regulatory standards.
• Drive initiatives focused on service improvement and maturity.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in a relevant security role.
• Proven experience in Managed Security Services governance.
• Strong knowledge of network security, Identity and Access Management (IAM), and Endpoint security.
• Demonstrated experience in handling escalations and critical decision-making processes.

Required Skills

• Ability to manage stakeholders effectively at the executive level.
• Strong awareness of risk management, compliance frameworks, and audit procedures.
• Capability to constructively challenge teams without micromanagement.
