The Role of Security Manager

Dallah Albaraka is seeking a dedicated Security Manager to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time role is responsible for overseeing and managing all security activities and measures across different areas of the company. The Security Manager will play a critical role in monitoring and adapting existing policies and procedures to minimize security risks and enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in the formulation and implementation of Security department plans, ensuring alignment with Dallah Albaraka’s overall objectives and business strategies.
• Contribute to the development of Security department policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with all relevant procedural and legislative requirements.
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the Security department, facilitating professional work processes to achieve high performance standards.
• Prepare the Security unit budget and ensure that all activities within the unit are implemented according to the assigned budget.
• Manage the effective achievement of department objectives by setting individual targets, developing, and motivating staff to maximize subordinate performance.
• Oversee patrols and investigations to ensure they align with established plans for the effective safeguarding of Dallah Albaraka.
• Assign resources for the analysis of potential security liabilities and opportunities as requested, ensuring sound business recommendations are delivered.
• Manage complex security measures and analysis to provide optimal service to the business.
• Undertake checks on work completed by team members, ensuring outputs meet acceptable standards and continuously seeking ways to improve work effectiveness.
• Act as a technical point of reference, providing sufficient expertise and appropriate technical direction to team members.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• A minimum of 6-8 years of related experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial position.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in our Riyadh office. The role involves working within a dynamic environment, collaborating with various departments to uphold security standards and operational efficiency.
