About the Role: Security Supervisor

The Security Supervisor is a full-time, on-site position based in Riyadh. This role is responsible for overseeing daily security operations, including the supervision of security personnel, monitoring access control, and ensuring adherence to established security policies and procedures. The Security Supervisor will conduct regular inspections, manage incident reports, and coordinate with operations and management teams to support security needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor daily security operations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable safety regulations.
• Conduct regular security inspections and risk assessments.
• Monitor emergency preparedness and incident response procedures.
• Investigate incidents and prepare required reports.
• Supervise security personnel and ensure proper performance.
• Coordinate with management, clients, contractors, and relevant authorities as required.
• Train staff on security protocols and respond to emergencies.
• Continuously improve security processes to maintain a safe environment for employees, clients, and visitors.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Security, Criminal Justice, Law Enforcement, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in security supervision.
• Strong knowledge of security procedures, safety requirements, emergency response, and risk assessment.
• Experience in supervising security teams and monitoring site compliance.

Location

This position is based in Riyadh. Candidates currently residing in Riyadh are preferred.
