Senior AI Presales Specialist

About the Role

Jodayn is seeking a Senior AI Presales Specialist to support commercial and business development activities related to AI opportunities. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and requires 2-5 years of relevant experience. The role involves close collaboration with clients, sales, business development, and AI technical teams to understand business challenges, identify AI use cases, and develop high-level solution concepts.

Role Overview

The Senior AI Presales Specialist will lead technical presales activities across proposals, RFPs, presentations, demonstrations, and Proofs of Concept (PoCs). The primary focus is on AI solutioning, presales, client engagement, and technical consulting. This role requires strong AI technical expertise, solution consulting, and client-facing experience, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into practical AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead client discovery sessions, workshops, and technical discussions to understand business and technical requirements.
• Identify and assess AI use cases and opportunities that can deliver measurable business value.
• Translate client requirements into high-level AI solution concepts and technical approaches.
• Lead technical presales activities across AI opportunities and collaborate with sales and business development teams to shape and qualify opportunities.
• Lead the technical contribution to RFPs, tenders, proposals, and bids.
• Develop solution descriptions, technical approaches, assumptions, dependencies, and high-level implementation concepts.
• Prepare and deliver AI presentations and solution demonstrations to technical and executive stakeholders.
• Lead or support AI Proof-of-Concept (PoC) activities during the presales cycle.
• Develop conceptual solution architectures, workflows, and technical diagrams.
• Evaluate and recommend relevant AI technologies, platforms, integrations, and approaches.
• Collaborate with AI architects, engineers, enterprise architects, cybersecurity, and delivery teams to validate proposed solutions.
• Communicate technical concepts, capabilities, limitations, risks, and dependencies to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Support technical clarification meetings and client negotiations as required.
• Stay current with emerging AI technologies, market trends, and enterprise AI use cases.
• Develop reusable AI demonstrations, solution assets, technical content, and presales materials.
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members when required.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• 2-5 years of experience in a relevant field.
• Experience leading AI presales engagements for enterprise or government clients.
• Experience designing and presenting AI solutions to senior stakeholders.
• Experience leading AI demonstrations and PoCs.
• Experience with complex RFPs, tenders, and enterprise technology proposals.
• Experience working within IT consulting or technology services organizations.
• Familiarity with enterprise architecture, cybersecurity, data platforms, and cloud environments.
• Experience mentoring junior presales or technical team members.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role involves working collaboratively with internal teams and external clients to drive AI-related business opportunities.
