About the Senior Analyst Role

Boston Consulting Group (BCG) is seeking a Senior Analyst, Travel Cities & Infrastructure BCG Vantage to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is designed for professionals with 0-1 years of experience, focusing on delivering client impact within the firm's Travel, Cities & Infrastructure Practice Area.

Role within BCG Vantage

As a Senior Analyst in a Client Focus role within BCG Vantage, you will contribute to a growing global team. Your primary purpose will be to deliver value to clients through your individual expertise and institutionalized BCG Vantage assets, which include products, tools, data, workshops, frameworks, surveys, and domain-specific data. This role supports clients in tackling their most important challenges and capturing opportunities.

Core Responsibilities

• Provide relevant analysis and insights to support cases and proposals.
• Collaborate with case teams to achieve client impact.
• Travel occasionally to client sites to understand requirements and design/develop solutions during staffing assignments.
• Support commercialization efforts for the cities & regions topic by contributing analysis and insights to proposals, client workshops, and marketing materials, working with business leaders.
• Contribute to the development of intellectual property and assets for the business.
• Assist in the onboarding and training of junior colleagues, leveraging sector expertise.

Sector Focus and Project Scope

This role is specifically embedded within the Cities, Infrastructure Development, Real Estate & Tourism (CRT) sector. You will engage with clients from both public and private sectors on a diverse range of strategic and cross-disciplinary topics. These include strategy design, revenue management, cost optimization, portfolio strategy, asset management, digital transformation, and sustainability, applying both local and global industry expertise across various property sectors and geographies.

Collaboration and Internal Engagement

As a Client Focus team member, you will work directly with clients and collaborate closely with BCG Project Leaders, Associates, and Consultants. Between client engagements, you will interact with global topic leads and colleagues across BCG, contributing expertise and capabilities to both internal and external stakeholders. The team comprises a diverse pool of knowledge positions.
