About InnovationTeam and the Role

InnovationTeam is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time role serves as a critical bridge between KSA-based clients, product leads, and offshore engineering teams. The position requires an analytical professional capable of translating complex business visions into precise, technical specifications.

Core Responsibilities

• Facilitate discovery sessions with stakeholders to extract, challenge, and refine business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
• Produce high-quality, developer-ready documentation, including Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), Software Requirements Specifications (SRS), and detailed User Stories with clear Acceptance Criteria (Gherkin style preferred).
• Architect logical solution flows using BPMN , flowcharts, state diagrams, sequence diagrams, ERDs, and integration mappings.
• Own and maintain the product backlog in Jira or Azure DevOps, ensuring items are prioritized, estimated, and meet the Definition of Ready.
• Collaborate with QA teams to align test cases with business logic and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) cycles with clients.
• Ensure system logic and user flows are culturally and linguistically optimized for the KSA market.

Required Experience and Skills

• 5-10 years of experience in a relevant business analysis role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to evaluate business challenges and propose viable technical solutions.
• Proven track record working in cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• High attention to detail and a commitment to meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to navigate the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) with technical rigor and professional maturity.

Technical Competencies

Candidates should demonstrate proficiency in creating various technical models and documentation. This includes experience with BPMN , flowcharts, state diagrams, sequence diagrams, ERDs, and integration mappings. Familiarity with backlog management tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps is also required.

Cultural and Linguistic Requirements

This role requires a native Arabic speaker with a deep understanding of the nuances of the Saudi market. The ability to ensure system logic and user flows are culturally and linguistically optimized for the KSA market is essential for success in this position.
