The Role of Senior Business Development Manager

Mnzil is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to take ownership of revenue targets across multiple sales teams and business lines. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and involves direct accountability for overall sales revenue.

Key Responsibilities

The Senior Business Development Manager will be responsible for:

• Owning revenue targets across multiple sales teams or distinct business lines.
• Overseeing and providing support to several Business Development Managers.
• Personally leading negotiations and closing processes for the largest and highest-value deals.
• Managing sales forecasting and preparing revenue reports for senior leadership.
• Establishing guidelines for pricing, discounting, and deal structuring for the sales organization.

Required Experience

Candidates for this role must possess over 10 years of proven experience in sales leadership or business development. This includes a demonstrated ability to manage sales teams and achieve significant revenue targets.
