About Mnzil and the Role

Mnzil is seeking a Business Development Manager to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time position is central to driving the company's revenue growth and leading our sales efforts within the region.

Role Purpose and Scope

The Business Development Manager will be directly accountable for achieving Mnzil's revenue targets. This role involves owning the overall sales plan, leading a team of sales professionals, and ensuring closed revenue across the assigned portfolio. The successful candidate will play a critical part in expanding our market presence and achieving strategic business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Set and drive the sales team's targets, quotas, and closing plans.
Recruit, coach, and manage a team of sales professionals.
Engage directly in closing large or strategic deals when required.
Manage the sales pipeline and provide revenue forecasts to leadership.
Represent Mnzil at industry events to generate new sales opportunities.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess 5 to 10 years of experience in business development or sales management roles. Demonstrated ability to lead sales teams and achieve revenue targets is essential for this position.

Work Type and Location

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role requires active participation in the local market and industry events as needed.
