Role Overview

Salt is supporting a leading global enterprise technology organization in the appointment of a Senior Channel Account Manager Cybersecurity. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on developing and expanding the company’s partner ecosystem across the Kingdom, working closely with distributors, resellers, systems integrators, and strategic partners to increase market coverage, generate pipeline, and drive revenue growth.

Strategic Focus

This is a commercially focused role designed for an individual with strong experience in channel sales within the Saudi enterprise technology market. The successful candidate will be instrumental in strengthening the company's presence and achieving strategic growth objectives through robust partner engagement and effective channel management, particularly within the cybersecurity and enterprise software domains.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute the channel strategy across Saudi Arabia.
Manage and grow relationships with key distributors, resellers, systems integrators, and strategic partners.
Drive partner-led pipeline generation and revenue growth across the Kingdom.
Build joint business plans with key partners and identify new areas for expansion.
Recruit, onboard, and develop new partners where required.
Support partners throughout the sales cycle, from opportunity identification through to closure.
Work closely with enterprise customers, partners, and internal stakeholders on strategic opportunities.
Conduct regular pipeline reviews and maintain accurate forecasting.
Develop partner enablement initiatives to improve capability, engagement, and performance.
Collaborate with regional sales, technical, marketing, and leadership teams to support go-to-market activity.
Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and new commercial opportunities within Saudi Arabia.

Candidate Requirements

Proven experience of 10+ years in channel sales, partner management, or channel account management within Saudi Arabia.
Strong background within cybersecurity or enterprise software.
Established relationships across the Saudi distributor, reseller, and systems integrator ecosystem.
Demonstrable track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Experience generating and managing partner-led enterprise sales opportunities.

Required Skills and Capabilities

Strong knowledge of the Saudi enterprise and government technology landscape.
Ability to engage effectively with senior stakeholders across both partners and end customers.
Strong commercial acumen, negotiation, and account management capabilities.
Capability to operate independently while collaborating closely with regional and international teams.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
