Senior Consultant Delivery & Support

About the Role

Emdad By Elm is seeking a Senior Consultant Delivery & Support to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time position involves leading end-to-end delivery and application support to ensure stable operations, timely issue resolution, and continuous improvement across the system landscape. The role requires 5-10 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the delivery and support for applications, including managing incidents, changes, and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Coordinate cross-module teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Drive root-cause analysis, problem management, and process improvements.
• Manage stakeholders, releases, and overall service quality.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in a related field.
• Proven ability to utilize AI coding and productivity tools, such as Cursor or Claude, to accelerate development, configuration, testing, and documentation processes.
