Role Overview

Guy Carpenter is seeking a Senior Coordinator Insurance Operations to join its Client Support Services team. This full-time position, based in Al Olaya, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, focuses on the specialized functions of a Pro Rata Technician. The role involves supporting the client base through high-quality transactional processing and contributing to the security of reinsurance recoveries via timely and accurate system entry.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned client portfolio, taking full ownership of technical duties related to client accounts.
• Partner with Market Fiduciary to support the collection of funds.
• Oversee day-to-day Pro Rata processing, which includes:
  • Pro Rata post
  • Brokerage receivables
  • Funding and retention
  • E-trading
  • Ad hoc reporting requests
  • Transactional process steps, including renewals
• Build and maintain effective working relationships with Brokers, Clients, and Markets.
• Participate in training sessions and contribute to continuous improvement and troubleshooting across reinsurance service processing.
