TawanTech is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join its dedicated team in Riyadh, Riyadh Province. This full-time position is integral to the financial operations of the company, requiring a professional with 2-5 years of relevant experience in financial analysis and reporting.

The Senior Financial Analyst Role

The Senior Financial Analyst will be responsible for providing comprehensive financial insights, supporting strategic decision-making, and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial data. This role involves a blend of analytical tasks, reporting, and process improvement initiatives to enhance financial transparency and efficiency within TawanTech's operations.

Core Responsibilities

• Analyze financial performance, including Budget vs. Actual and Forecast vs. Actual variances.
• Develop financial models and dashboards to support business analysis.
• Analyze revenue, costs, gross margin, and overall operational performance.
• Prepare comprehensive monthly management reports for internal stakeholders.
• Improve and automate financial reporting processes using advanced Excel tools.
• Ensure strict compliance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities as required.
• Identify opportunities to enhance reporting processes and internal controls.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

• Strong knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Power Query, Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, and SUMIFS.
• Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and management reporting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience with Power BI is considered a strong advantage.
