The Role of Senior Human Resources Specialist

MEMF Electrical Industries Co. is seeking a Senior Human Resources Specialist to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role requires 2-5 years of experience and focuses on leading and supporting organizational development initiatives, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic objectives. The specialist will contribute to organizational transformation and HR excellence within a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support organizational development initiatives aligned with the company’s strategic objectives.
• Develop, review, and maintain accurate job descriptions for all positions across the organization.
• Conduct job analysis and ensure roles, responsibilities, qualifications, and reporting structures are clearly defined.
• Support organizational structure reviews and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Develop and maintain job titles, job families, grades, and organizational charts as required.
• Partner with department heads and managers to identify organizational and workforce development needs.
• Support performance management, competency frameworks, and talent development initiatives.
• Conduct HR data analysis and prepare reports and recommendations to support management decision-making.
• Ensure HR policies, procedures, and organizational practices are aligned with business requirements.
• Support various HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Experience

Candidates for this position should have 2-5 years of relevant experience in human resources, with a focus on organizational development and HR data analysis.
